Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up, but when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients might miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via email 48 hours in advance. A Cancellation fee of 50-100% will apply of the reserved service amount if you do not cancel your appointment at least 21 days prior to your appointment, and/or No call-No show. If your appointment is scheduled within the 21 day cancellation unfortunately you are not subject to a refund. ( All payments become Non-Refundable )
